3 Conditions for Participation

3.1 Minimum standards and qualification required

Contractors submitting a tender must meet the following minimum criteria:

1. To be considered for this contract Contractors must be included on West Dunbartonshire Council’s list of health and safety approved contractors. Contractors not currently included on this list can seek inclusion by contacting Struthers Symington on 01389 737499 or via email – struthers.symington@west-dunbarton.gov.uk.

2. The following minimum insurance provisions should be in place – Employers Liability Insurance £10M, Public Liability Insurance £10M.

3. Contractor’s operatives should have uindergone asbestos awareness training and evidence of this should be submitted with the completed tender.
