The aim of this work is to assess the effectiveness and quality of local Adult Literacy and Numeracy (ALN) partnerships’ data collection systems in monitoring the operation and outcomes of adult literacies learning, and to make recommendations for their improvement as required. All as detailed in the attached invitation to tender.
