A key requirement of this framework is the ability to respond to emergency calls on a 24/7/365 basis within 4 hours on site to at least part of the Anglian Water region. This requirement is in addition to our in-house capability and is for both our water and waste water operations with the majority of the requirement being for waste water.

There is no guarantee of work under this framework.
Work will be subject to quotations based on agreed rates. Some jobs will be competitively quoted.
Performance will be monitored.
No contribution to mobilisation costs will be made.

PLC software programming, fault finding and modifications;

The above list is not exhaustive.
Bidders will not need to have the capability to carry out all of the above activities across the whole of the Anglian Water region but Anglian Water will favour bidders who can offer scale in terms of scope and geographical coverage.

Planned and emergency mechanical work on Anglian Waters operational sites or at a contractors premises / workshop. Approximately 95 percent of the requirements will be under GBP 10 000 with the majority being less than GBP 3 000.
The requirement is in addition to Anglian Waters in-house capability and is for its water and waste water operations, with the majority of the requirements being for waste water.
Emergency call out on a 24/7/365 basis to site within 4 hours, when needed, is a key requirement of this framework.
A list of the typical types of work included within the framework is listed above in Annex B 1.
Bidders who express an interest in Lot 1 – Generic Electrical and Mechanical do not need to express an interest in Lot 2 if they do not wish to.

Electrical inverter installations and repairs on an a planned and emergency basis.
Bidders will not need to have the capability to cover the whole of the Anglian Water region but Anglian Water will favour bidders who can offer scale in terms of geographical coverage.
