We would require our media agency to be able to meet these key objectives:

Potential Bidders must have experience of operating within London, or a City of similar size and complexity, they must be able to demonstrate links with media outlets within London and understanding of the importance of maximising return on investment for NHHO when launching a media campaign.

To provide a strategic media buying service to support Notting Hill Housing’s (NHH) sales programme. To develop a strategic approach to increase awareness of NHH’s sales programme and increase the volume of sales enquiries. To support the marketing function to raise awareness of the NHH brand as a developer of private sale homes, shared ownership homes and social housing.
Bidders should be aware that NHH has included ‘marketing management consultancy service’ and ‘market research services’ within the CPV codes for completeness, however should NHH require these services, it would form a small percentage of the total contract value.
