Description

The contract is aimed at mediators who can mediate between 16 and 17 year-olds and their families in the event of family breakdown so that the threat of homelessness is averted.

The contract will be for a pilot on a spot purchase basis, initially lasting for 6 months. The supplier(s) will need to hold a suitable mediation qualification and be prepared to provide a flexible service to meet demand which would include evenings and weekends.

There is no guaranteed volume for purchases of the service, but the contract will allow those providers who are successful as a result of this process to provide a service as and when required, based on the price submitted and location of the Provider.
