Staffordshire and Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Services are jointly conducting this procurement to establish a National Framework for the Provision of Medical Training to Blue Light Emergency Services. This framework will require suppliers to conform to the Clinical Governance and Pre-Hospital Emergency Medical (PHEM) competencies, Levels A-F of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
