Tender is to establish a consultancy services Framework Agreement to support Medway Council’s construction, capital and regeneration programmes on a 2 year fixed with an option to extend for a further to years from 1.11.2019 to potentially 31.10.2023.

There are 6 lots being tendered on framework as follows, which will have a maximum of 6 consultants per value band in each lot.

Lot 1: Environmental/Regeneration/Landscaping and Sustainability.

Lot 2: Architectural Design.

Lot 3: Valuation and Market Analysis.

Lot 4: Quantity Surveying.

Lot 5: Building Surveying/Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services.

Lot 6: Multi discipline Services.

There are 3 value bands based on the estimate construction cost/budget, which 0-1 000 000 GBP, 1 000 000-5 000 000 GBP and 5 000 000+ GBP.
