Mental Health Housing Support and Recovery Service

This service will support people with mental health problems and maximise opportunities to recover, sustain independence and mental health well being. Spending money wisely This service will contribute to the Leeds City Priority Plan (2011 to 2015), by: • supporting clients to make healthy lifestyle choices • assisting people in exercising choice and control over their health and social care services • helping to increase a sense of belonging that builds cohesive and harmonious communities and • supporting people to live safely in their own homes. This service will contribute to the Government national strategy for Mental Health: ‘No Health Without Mental Health’, which aims to improve the mental health and wellbeing of the population and keep people well.
