— enable effective internal and external negotiations with colleagues, stakeholders and customers,

— taking consistent approach to managing the negotiation process.

The Met Office requires innovative consultative selling training to bring consistency to the process of how strategic relationships and client accounts are developed and managed. This will be for staff working in consultancy and other staff changing to a consultative approach with their key clients. Whilst external providers will bring their expertise to this training, they will be required to ensure internal tools and processes are referenced and included as appropriate.
