The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) is looking for a consultancy partner to configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. This will include integration with existing systems and training for staff. The partner will be required to provide support services to the GPhC for the duration of the contract.
The GPhC may also choose to purchase the licences for Microsoft Dynamics from the selected supplier.
The General Pharmaceutical Council is the independent regulator for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy premises in Great Britain. In order to practise in Great Britain, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians must be registered with us. Currently there are approximately 45,000 registered pharmacists, 20,000 pharmacy technicians and 13,500 pharmacy premises. The General Pharmaceutical Council has approximately 170 staff, 140 of these staff are office based and the remainder are home based including a number of Inspectors who conduct inspections of pharmacy premises.
Potential bidders must be a Microsoft CRM Gold Partner with regulatory or equivalent relevant experience within the UK.
