Peabody (Services) Limited (Contracting Authority), part of the Peabody Group, are inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified Main Contractors to enter into a JCT 2011 Design and Build contract to provide Works as detailed below.
Works to be commissioned by the Contracting Authority are for the design and construction of 42 affordable rent and shared ownership housing units, comprising 6 terraced houses and 36 apartments.
The proposed contract includes for all associated infrastructure and site development works including hard/soft landscaping, external works and drainage. More specific details will be available should you be invited to submit a tender.
The Contracting Authority, Contracting Authority’s Agent and any consultants acting for or on behalf of the Contracting Authority in connection with the contract selection process, accept no liability for any costs incurred by Candidates in the preparation and submission of their PQQ/ITT documentation.
Candidates also accept that the Contracting Authority, expressly in accordance with the Regulations governing this process, reserves the right to change the basis and/or procedures for selecting the successful Main Contractor, including terminating.
The process outright, and any ensuing Contract “call offs” without prior notice and without liability to the Candidates for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of participating in this selection process.
