Type of service: Project management, design, cost management, architects, CDM coordinator, and other support technical services duties under the general direction of the Project Sponsor who will act on behalf of the Client in all matters concerning construction projects and related requirements. May involve creation of Lots or separate procurement exercises.
Exact scope and delivery mechanism to be developed in conjunction with the potential consultants at a market engagement day at the following venues:
Coventry – 16 January 2013
London – 25 January 2013
Manchester – 7 February 2013
These market engagement days are designed to obtain feedback and provide Industry with the opportunity to discuss scope and structure of the proposed framework. The intention is for the feedback to shape the shape of the frameworks and the resultant tender process.
Attendance will be limited to 1 person per company and interest should be signified by emailing neil.vicker@justice.gsi.gov.uk, with name, company and contact details. The latest time and date for applications to attend the events is 4 days before the event. Joining instructions for the event will then be provided to those allocated a place. The size of the venue is limited at all locations and the allocation (of date and time) is on a first come, first served basis. If an event is full then it is hoped that the MoJ will be able to offer alternative venues. If organisations apply for more than 1 venue then priority will be given to those who have not attended previous events.
