1.8Guy’s & St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT) are tendering a framework covering multi-trade Minor Works (also known as Small Building Works) for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 (1+1). The framework will consist of two (2) Lots, covering Minor Works that are currently carried out across the Guys and St Thomas estate up to an individual job value of £100k. Works carried out in the last year have included minor ward refurbishments, laboratory and toilet upgrades and refurbishment, internal alteration to laboratory’s, offices and clinical areas and external roof, façade and paving repairs.

Lot 1 will be for minor building works with an individual job value between 0 and 25 000 GBP. The Trust intends to award a panel of up to five (5) suppliers to this Lot. The first ranked supplier following the tender process will be appointed as a call off supplier to be used for all emergency/reactive works under a value of 5 000 GBP. All other works are to be subjected to mini competition between all framework suppliers.

Please note that the estimated total value is the maximum value that can be awarded via this Lot and is by no means an indication of the value of work successful suppliers can be expected to win.
