Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) is one of the largest non-acute trusts in the UK, caring for people with a wide range of physical and mental health needs. We have approximately 7 000 staff in over 200 sites who provide healthcare to a third of London’s population and across wider geographical areas, including Milton Keynes, Kent and Surrey.
It is the intention of the Trust that this framework shall be used as the delivery vehicle for any minor Capital Works projects delivering ongoing building refurbishment and remodelling contracts across multiple sites.
The proposed contract period is 3 years, with an option to extend for a further year.
The procurement method for the individual contracts called off under the framework agreement via mini-competition to all framework suppliers.
