Description of the contract
Her Majesty’s Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) have established the Criminal Justice Efficiencies Programme (CJEP) as a joint initiative to define and implement IT-enabled transformational business change within the CJS spanning the CPS, Magistrates’ and Crown Courts. The CJEP will play a key role in delivering IT-enabled business change that, in combination with other delivery programmes, will reform the CJS. It will also build a capability within the business for IT-enabled change so that the business can be more responsive and agile in the future. The Programme is working closely with Criminal Justice Common Platform Programme (CJS CPP).
