Harlow Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced consultants able to undertake stock condition surveys to municipal buildings in the district. The works are split into 2 Phases. The properties / sites are of various sizes, complexities and uses. Phase 1 of the services must be completed by 31.3.2016 and the award of Phase 2 shall be at the sole discretion of the Council.
