The Museum of London is seeking a Estates Maintenance provider for the planned and reactive maintenance, repair and operation of building services, equipment and engineering services, limited fabric maintenance, energy management, and help desk, etc. as described in the contract documents. Services will incorporate the public health, mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems contained within this contract across three sites. There may be further opportunities to provide Project Management Services.
