Description of the contract

This market testing exercise is being conducted by the Cabinet Office to inform the development of the specification and procurement strategy. Cabinet Office is releasing a draft specification for the procurement of a Going for Growth training programme for The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea’s Youth Support and Development Service (YSDS) PSM. Potential Suppliers should note that this is different to our standard process under the Mutual’s Support Programme. We wish to consult the market early, on this more novel training programme requirement, prior to publishing the full draft invitation to tender. The Cabinet Office is keen to receive feedback from the market on the content of this specification and particularly the suggested course content. We would be delighted to hear from suppliers as to their suggestions for developing this training offer for other live PSMs. Responses should be sent via email to spot.buying@gps.gsi.gov.uk with the subject title Please see attached document for full description.

To participate in any possible future procurement which results from this RFI, Potential Providers must first be registered on the Government Procurement Service e-Sourcing Suite. If you have not yet registered on the eSourcing Suite, this can be done online at https://gpsesourcing.cabinetoffice.gov.uk by following the link ‘Register for GPS eSourcing’.
