The aim of the programme is to enhance and develop their inspection and mystery shopping skills using innovative training techniques which will give them the skills to become confident influencers of children and young people’s services in Halton. The supplier shall ensure the participants are supported in developing an in depth understanding of commissioning and service design. This awareness will be at local and national levels. The supplier shall achieve this through providing access to a network of local institutions and recognised leaders and also shall ensure that this programme delivers a cross-cutting approach to challenging discrimination and poor access to service provision.
