Description of the goods or services required

The Scottish Ministers in association with the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) and the Scottish Police Service, is seeking to identify a single service provider or lead provider of a consortium to deliver an accredited National Driver Alertness Course (NDAC) and Rider Intervention Developing Experience (RIDE) scheme to individuals throughout Scotland.
