This is a framework for the supply of Tyres and Associated services.
The tender is separated in to five lots which are:
Lot 1 — NEPO Regional Lot.
Lot 2 — Sub-Regional Lot: Durham.
Lot 3 — Sub-Regional Lot: Northumberland.
Lot 4 — Sub-Regional Lot: Tees Valley.
Lot 5 — Sub-Regional Lot: Tyne and Wear.
It is envisaged that the contract will either be awarded as either Lot 1 only or all from Lot 2 to Lot 5 dependent on the value for money offered to user Authorities. All five lots will not be awarded at the completion of this tender process.
NEPO is a Central Purchasing Body as defined in the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR15). This means that NEPO may provide central purchasing activity on behalf of Contracting Authorities.
The agreement will be available for use by all NEPO Members within the North East region. A list of member organisations is available at:

This agreement will also be made available to all current and future NEPO Associate Members throughout the North East region. A list of current NEPO Associate Members is available at:
