II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The Royal Borough is looking for innovative flexible partners who have a passion for ICT and delivering first class customer experience to its clients. The services sought under this procurement are Network, IPT Infrastructure and Cabling. The contract to be let will be for a period of 6 (six) years with option to extend based on the same terms and subject to satisfactory performance for two years then another 2 years (2 + 2) making a total possible contract length of 10 years. The contract value is estimated at 1 000 000 GBP per year plus the cost of 2 network refreshes at circa 2 000 000 GBP each. Therefore an estimated total contract value of 14 000 000 GBP over the 10 years.
