The Stakeholder and Communication Management Supplier shall provide resource(s) to undertake the following duties and complete the following deliverables associated with Stakeholder and communication management:

— Leadership of engagement and presentation sessions with Internal/External Stakeholders.

— Leadership of community engagement sessions with local communities and rail users.

— Production of high quality stakeholder engagement materials in conjunction with the route communications team.

— Liaison with the train operating companies’ stakeholder and communications management teams to ensure that industry wide communication is joined up and consistent.

— Assisting the Route communications team with the creation of press releases.

— Management of a Network Rail web page and associated social media accounts through input to the Route communications team where relevant to ensure that current information around the project is readily promoted.
