Network Rail wishes to procure Asset Protection Site Services to monitor the construction activities of external clients. These representatives will need to ensure that Network Rail’s railway infrastructure is safeguarded from any ill effects from the external projects, and to ensure that external clients are aware of the risks associated with a live and operational railway.
This service is required to supplement Network Rail’s Asset Protection workforce and will be required to hold specific competencies.

This service is required to supplement Network Rail’s Asset Protection workforce and will be hired against specific competencies.
This procurement activity will result in at least two Suppliers being awarded a framework agreement within each lot. There will be 4 lots in total:
Lot 1 — Wales and Western Routes,
Lot 2 — London North West (LNW), London North East (LNE) and East Midlands Routes,
Lot 3 — Anglia, Kent, Sussex and Wessex Routes,
Lot 4 — Scotland.
