Description

City College Plymouth is currently in the process of erecting a new Centre of Excellence for Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) at its Kings Road site. The Site is due to be handed over during July 2017. The new building will interlace with the existing building and infrastructure.

In order to maintain a single imaging reference which can be fully maintained by the College’s internal IT Services team; the College is seeking to purchase a number of switches which are compatible with the existing network.

This request for quotation is for a one off purchase.
As the value is anticipated to exceed £25,000 the opportunity will be advertised on the Government Portal “Contracts Finder” as per the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Electronic submissions in response to this Request for Quotation will be accepted as long as they meet the following criteria: Sent via email to: tenders@cityplym.ac.uk Document standards: • Text must be in Microsoft Word format; • Price tables must be in Microsoft Excel format (using pricing schedule in Appendix A); • Supportive evidence may additionally be submitted in PDF format; • Images, Designs, and other supporting evidence may be in either JPEG or PDF format • Completed Appendix C Suitability Assessment & Selection Questionnaire (Including Mandatory & Discretionary Exclusions) Parts 1, 2 and 3. – Please note this suitability assessment will not be viewed unless you are the winning tenderer. Failure at this stage may prevent the contract from being awarded. • Signed Agreement Acceptance and Declaration. Please note that the College is able to accept submissions sent in a compressed or “.zip” file format, so long as the files contained meet the standards described above.
