III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers

List and brief description of conditions:

For Lots 1-3, bidders must hold the appropriate taxi booking office operator’s licence issued by a licensing authority as defined within the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, or equivalent within separate legal jurisdictions within the United Kingdom. For Lots 1-4, all drivers must be in possession of a current driver’s licence issued by the DVLA. All drivers operating a taxi or private hire car must be in possession of a current and valid taxi licence/private hire car driver licence issued by the appropriate local authority and must not be under suspension. All drivers providing services to NHS Lanarkshire must belong to the PVG Scheme (The Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme). Further information is available at www.disclosurescotland.co.uk
