The maps and property data will provide full details with regards to the property locations being covered by this tender exercise.
The scope of the Building Fabric Maintenance and Gritting Services will include planned and reactive maintenance. Please refer the Tender Documents for more details.
All services are to be carried out in compliance with relevant legislation, industry guidelines, applicable standards and good practice. The proposed contracts shall be for a 3 year period with 2 options to extend (refer to Section II.2.2) below for details).
