The Council wishes to procure a framework for the hire of a range of non-operated small plant to support an in house delivery model of highway maintenance. The service will be a top up service to supplement the Council’s own small plant in times high workload, provide cover for breakdown and to supply infrequently used equipment. The framework will be divided into 3 geographical lots covering the South, East and West of the county.

This framework is open to other contracting authorities as listed.
