VI.3)Additional information

Nottingham Trent University has managed its creative branding and production work (across channels) via an internal creative team supported by a roster of two agencies. That roster was set up four years ago and is now up for renewal.
As part of a new way of thinking, we would like to set up a roster of freelancers and agencies, working with the Nottingham Creative Quarter and other local areas. The roster of Creatives will work alongside students and the internal team to produce award-winning multi-channel creative.
We wish to develop a more integrated brand, particularly where we interface with the outside world to ensure campaign briefs are not coming back off-brand.
We need to deliver multi-channel campaigns, which can work at both brand and school levels as well as subject specific campaigns.
We have a new five-year strategy, which will drive a number of key initiatives:
— Creating Opportunities — work placement opportunities for our students.
— Enriching society — working more closely with our local community.
On top of already increasing demand (600 jobs per month at peak), the strategy will drive incremental demand so we need to find the most efficient way of delivering that whilst not compromising on quality.
We need to be able to spike resource during period of demand as well as provide a quick turnaround for emerging opportunities.
We are developing a new responsive web platform, which will drive incremental opportunities.
