— Support sick employees back to full recovery and earliest possible return to work through the provision of confidential nurse advice and reviews.
— Provide managers with real time work flow absence notifications, absence updates, and trigger alerts aligned to the council’s absence management policy together with a system that facilitates managing employees through the council’s sickness absence management procedures in order to facilitate effective, fair and consistent management of sickness and manager compliance across the council.
— Provide managers with a web based secure portal to access a suite of real time, user friendly employee absence and trend analysis reports.
