— Nursing – Elderly Frail;
— Nursing – Elderly mentally infirmed (EMI).
The objectives of the service are to ensure the provision of high-quality, holistic and person-centred Nursing Care to meet the needs of adult and older people in the London Borough of Lewisham. The Service provided in care home accommodation should include a single room (unless otherwise agreed between the Council, the Provider and the Service User), full board, personal care and support, nursing care where appropriate, supervision on a 24 hour basis and day time activities.

The Council will pay the Provider from the Commencement Date the sums set out in and calculated in accordance with the Pricing Schedule contained in Schedule 3 inclusive of VAT where applicable. Where a Block Contract Bed is or becomes void during the Contract Period the Council will pay to the Provider the sum set out in the Pricing Schedule for a void bed. Monthly invoices shall be submitted by the Provider to the Council two weeks in advance/two weeks in arrears from the date of the Invoice. Payment shall be made by the Council within 28 days from the receipt of the invoice. Please see payment schedule for further details.
