Midlands and Lancashire CSU on behalf of South Sefton CCG, Southport and Formby CCG, South Cheshire CCG, Vale Royal CCG, Wirral CCG, West Cheshire CCG and Eastern Cheshire CCG (The CCGs) are inviting suitably qualified Providers of Nursing Homes to submit an indicative tender to be included in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the management and service provision of Patients Newly Requiring NHS Continuing Healthcare. It is the intention of the commissioner that the service be split into the following lots: Care Home with Nursing or Domiciliary Care — General Care; Care Home with Nursing or Domiciliary Care — Functional Mental Health; Care Home with Nursing or Domiciliary Care — Dementia; Care Home with Nursing or Domiciliary Care — Challenging Behaviour; Care Home with Nursing or Domiciliary Care — End of Life; Care Home with Nursing or Domiciliary Care — Learning Disability. The service requirement covers patients registered with a GP within one of the CCGs geographies and will.
