The NWUPC is seeking to establish a multi-provider Framework Agreement on behalf of the members of NWUPC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC and SUPC for Print Solutions.

This Framework Agreement will commence on 1.5.2018 for an initial period of twenty four (24) months until 30.4.2020 with the option to extend the Agreement for twelve (12) months until 30.4.2021 and a further twelve (12) months until 30.4.2022 subject to satisfactory Economic Operator performance.

If a number of suppliers score equally and fall into joint 6thplace then all tenderers in equal 6th place will be awarded a place on the Framework Agreement.

Lots 1 — 10 Print Solutions includes, but is not limited to, the following scope; printing, binding, copying, laminating, lithographic printing, digital printing, wide format printing, prospectus printing, leaflets, booklets, business stationery, postcards, booklets, calendars, labels, banners, posters, binders, wallets, folders, finishing. The scope also includes the provision of all elements of design work, web2print functionality and the fulfilment and distribution of the in scope goods. This list is not exhaustive.

Lot 11 Print Management Services — Neutral Vendor includes, to obtain the best value service for members by the appointment and management of suppliers capable of providing the services to meet the following scope; printing, binding, copying, laminating, lithographic printing, digital printing, wide format printing, prospectus printing, leaflets, booklets, business stationery, postcards, booklets, calendars, labels, banners, posters, binders, wallets, folders, finishing.
