As the services to which this contract notice relate fall within Part B of Schedule C to the Public Contract Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 5) (the “Regulations”), use by The Commissioners of the OJEU Notice and any provision or procedure contained in the Regulations is entirely voluntary. Whilst reference may have been made in the OJEU notice to the Restricted Procedure or other procedure described in the Regulations The Commissioners are not bound to follow the process set out in the Regulations for the Restricted Procedure.
