North Lincolnshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified organisation to provide an Occupational Health Service. The scope of the framework arrangement covers, but is not limited to:
— Provide an employee assistance programme and counselling support;
— Answer queries from Council staff on occupational health related issues;
— Provision of appropriate equipment, its maintenance and calibration;
— Data collection, reviewing outcome data and making appropriate adjustments;
— Production of confidential medical files;
— Distribution of results and management of clinical referrals;
— Establishing and preparing medical review and recalls;
— Rehabilitation case management.

The duration of the framework arrangement is 12 months with the option to extend for a further period of 12 months.
This framework arrangement is primarily for the use of North Lincolnshire Council however it should be noted that the framework agreement can be used by other organisations within the UKE13 Nuts Code including: Educational Establishments including Academies, Housing Associations/Registered Social Landlords, Emergency Services within the boundary of North and North East Lincolnshire, Town and Parish Councils and other Community Groups.
