Trafford Council Borough Council (The Contracting Authority), acting on behalf of the Participants, is leading on the procurement process to establish a Single Source Framework Agreement for Occupational Health and Associated Services. The services required by the participating Councils include: · Core Occupational Health Services · Physiotherapy · Counselling · Employee Assistance · Employee Wellbeing Whilst Core Occupational Health Services are required by all participating Councils, additional services will be procured at the discretion of each contracting Council. The framework will be open to other public sector bodies within the North West of England including (but not exclusive to); Local Authorities, Educational Establishments, NHS and HSC Bodies (including Ambulance Services) and Central Government Departments and their Agencies. The following Greater Manchester Authorities (The Participants) are participating in the process; Oldham Council; Rochdale Metropolitan Borough Council; Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council; Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council; Transport for Greater Manchester, Trafford Council; Wigan Council and Council X (details TBC). Note: This will Not be a sole supplier agreement. Other public sector organisations within the North West may choose to make alternative procurement arrangements. The Background document (attached below) sets out how the participating Councils intend to further develop and deliver Occupational Health and Wellbeing services with the Strategic Partner over the next 4 years.
