NHS Arden GEM CSU on behalf of NHS England Midlands East (The Contracting Authority) is inviting suitable organisations to tender for the provision of healthcare services to Service Users in the following establishments:
— Lot 1: HMP Bedford (primary care, integrated mental health, substance misuse, social care),
— Lot 2: HMP Peterborough (clinical substance misuse; mental health secondary care); Clare Lodge [secure children’s home, welfare only] (primary care, looked-after childrens’ nursing, integrated mental health),
— Lots 3: HMP Highpoint, HMP Warren Hill, HMP Hollesley Bay (non-clinical substance misuse).
The contract term for Lots 1 and 2 will be 5 years from 1.4.2016 with an option to extend for a further period of 2 x 12 months and for Lot 3 will be for the period 1.4.2016 to 31.8.2020.
Interested parties may bid for one, any or all of the lots advertised.

The ITT documentation will be available from 19.8.2015 and should be completed by the closing date of 17:00 on 25.9.2015. All submissions will be evaluated using pre-determined scoring criteria. The ITT reference is itt_281.
