This procurement is being conducted by Aster Property Limited,which is the contracting authority. Aster Property Limited. The contract is for 24 months, commencing 15.6.2016.
This procurement is being conducted using the Restricted procedure under Regulation 27 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (‘the Regulations’). The documents are available to all economic operators who express an interest in this opportunity. Any interested economic operator may submit a tender in response to the contract notice.
The closing deadline for the receipt of Tenders is 9:00 hours (9 o’clock am) on 5.2.2016.
Tenders must be submitted via the Aster supplier portal as per the instructions in the Pre-qualification Instructions.

VI.4.2)Lodging of appeals

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The contracting authority will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point that information on the award of the contracts is communicated to tenderers. If an appeal regarding the award of the contract has not been harmed or are at risk by breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Any such action must be started within 30 days beginning with the date when the aggrieved party first knew or sought to have grounds for starting the proceedings had risen. The Court may extend the time limited for starting proceedings where the Court considers that there is a good reason for doing so but not so as to permit proceedings to be started more that 3 months after that date. Where a has not been entered into, the Court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order the contracting authority to amend any document and may award damages.
