The Office for Students currently manages a wide range of supplier arrangements and is seeking to put in place a more structured arrangement through a number of multi-supplier Framework lots that ensure value for money and quality of provision. These Framework lots should also provide a consistent approach to ensuring compliance with agency worker regulations, IR35 legislation, right to work and DBS checks. We would like the Framework to provide a range of services including temporary agency staff, fixed term contracts, temporary to permanent and permanent recruitment, so that managers seeking to recruit a contractor or agency worker can call off from the framework.
