The supplier shall provide licence, maintenance, support and upgrades to Open Accounts as described in the ITT documents. For full scope of the contract see the specification available on the website You will need to register on the site and express an interest to obtain the documents. There is no charge for registration.

This contract is for 3 years with the option to extend, subject to satisfactory performance for a further 2 years. To commence 1.2.2017.

Orbit Group reserve the right not to award any agreement or to award any individual services pursuant to an agreement. Orbit Group will not in any circumstances reimburse any expense incurred by the applicants in preparing their tender submission.

Where a consortium or other grouping of suppliers submit a joint bid, such consortia or grouping must nominate a lead organisation to deal with Orbit Group on all matters relating to the contract. All consortium members or grouping will be required to be jointly and severally liable in respect to the obligations and liabilities relating to the contract. Where a consortium chooses instead to nominate a contacting party from among their number with the other members acting as subcontractors, this must be made clear in their bid. The contracting party will be entirely responsible for all matters relating to the contract.
