Hermitage Park is an urban park in Argyll and Bute, the only urban park in the local authority area. It covers an area of approximately 4.7 hectares and is located in the Conservation Area in the town of Helensburgh on the River Clyde, a mere 200 metres from the town centre and the main train station. The Consultant shall work with the Council Project Team to develop the HLF Parks for People Stage Two application (hereafter referred to as HLF application). These are needed to:

— Support applications to capital funding bodies, e.g., Historic Scotland, Sports Scotland.
The Consultant, should the HLF Parks for People application be successful, will be required to take the project through to completion of the physical works and handover.
