AmicusHorizon are a social housing provider based in the South East and London. We need a service provider to be our outsourced call handling function between the hours of 18:00 and 8:00, Monday to Friday, Weekends and Bank Holidays.
The calls will be from our residents and will be relating to repairs, anti-social behaviour and rent payment primarily.
