The scheme will consist of 79 commissioned bed spaces; running 2 different programmes within the service:
— Over 50’s complex needs support service (Service A) — Supporting 50 homeless men aged over 50 with a range of complex support needs including health, mobility, personality disorder, alcohol and care needs who require on-site support to stabilise and move forward in their lives.
— Low support, preparation for independent living (Service B) — supporting 29 male residents, aged over 35, who have low support needs and require short term accommodation and practical assistance and skills building to access independent accommodation successfully.
