Pre-Qualification information will be assessed and a long list of suppliers produced. If you are long listed you will be invited to submit a full tender and costings.
Non compliant expressions of interest will not be considered or acknowledged.
The University reserves the right to cancel the tender process at any stage.
The University does not accept any liability for costs incurred in tendering.
Service providers may tender for all or part of the services concerned but may not make any one part dependent on another except where otherwise stated in the tender document.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: The UoN will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 5) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
