— preparation, pricing and negotiation of schedules of dilapidations,

— stock condition surveys,

— budgetary costing,

— project management of refurbishment schemes,

— specification writing,

— disabled adaptations design,

— disabled design access inspections and statement,

— small scale designs,

— advice on Statutory Consents, including, Building Regulations, Planning & Listed Building.
