Painting the Interior and exterior of properties that are owned by Metropolitan Housing Trust which are predominately flats and apartments. Interior work will be in the communal areas only and will in the main exclude the leaseholders own flat of apartment. The work may include exterior iron work and the painting and marking of car park areas.
