4 TPC 2005 Term Partnering Contracts to deliver programmes of Domestic Heating, Mechanical,Electrical and Lift Services over a contract term of 10 years. Lot 1 (Domestic Heating) comprises servicing, repairs and breakdowns under a 3* model. Lot 2 (Mechanical Services) comprises servicing, repairs and replacements under a fixed annual servicing price with some elements also including repairs. Other repairs and replacements will be delivered via SOR or quotations. Lot 3 (Electrical Services) comprises servicing, repairs and rewires under a fixed annual servicing price with some elements also including repairs. Other repairs and rewires will be delivered via Archetypes, SOR or quotations. Lot 4 (Lifts) comprises servicing, repairs and refurbishments, under a fixed annual price for repairs and servicing plus project based pricing for refurbishments. 1 contractor will be selected to provide each service(Lot). 1 contractor may be awarded 1 or more Lots. Joint and several liability. Should the successful tenderer be a consortium of companies, the lead partner will be responsible for completing the commission on behalf of the consortium and all payments will be made to the lead partner for services rendered by the consortium. Support partners may be required to complete a collateral warranty agreement in favour of the Contracting Authority.
