A new HR is in its implementation stages (Access Select HR). It is our intention to migrate our current payroll services into 1 sole provider. Currently the Trust has 3 external and 1 in-house payroll services. Currently L.E.A.D Academy Trust has 21 academies across the Midlands with an average 1 400 employees. It is the Trust intention to have a service in place by April 2018.

There needs to be the option for additional schools to be able to the service as and when they join the Trust.
