Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust (SHFT) provides high quality acute, community, mental health, learning disability and social care services. SHFT has a longstanding vision for a fundamentally different model of care in Hampshire, through which a sustainable, person centred health and care system can be built. We believe that this will enable health and social care providers and commissioners to create better outcomes, and deliver better value from the investment of public funds.
Bidders must be able to advise on, design and provide leadership programmes and interventions that will be credible with staff at all levels, and focus on leadership that contributes to the strategic priorities of SHFT and the delivery of its services to its customers.
The contract period will be from June 2015 until May 2018 with an option to extend by 2 periods of 1 year each.
There will be a bidder’s day at 14:00 on the 20.1.2015 in the Conference Room, 7 Sterne Road, Tatchbury Mount, Southampton SO40 2RZ.
The historical average spend of the contract has been 1 000 000 GBP per year
The level of spend will change in line with any changes in staff numbers and services provided.

3. Responding to the tender:
— Click ‘My Response’ under ‘PQQ/ITT Details’, you can choose to ‘Create Response’ or to ‘Decline to Respond’ (please give a reason if declining);
— You can now use the ‘Messages’ function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification;
— Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT;
