The Borough Council of Calderdale (the “Council”) is re-opening the tender for admittance on its Approved Provider List for Personal Support in Supported Living Services with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health Needs; and invites Tenders from Tenderers who wish to be considered for appointment to this List. This opportunity will be re-opened on an annual basis for the initial term of the contract up to and including October 2020.

The Borough Council of Calderdale (the “Council”) is re-opening the tender for admittance on its Approved Provider List for Personal Support in Supported Living Services with Learning Disabilities and/or Mental Health Needs; and invites Tenders from Tenderers who wish to be considered for appointment to this List. It is anticipated the appointments will commence on 1st April 2019 for a period of two years with an option to extend for a further two years. Please note that appointment to the Approved Provider List does not guarantee successful Tenderers any work. The procedure for the award of Services to Approved Providers is set out in the document entitled “Procedure for the Procurement and Provider Selection for the Supported Living Approved Provider List which is included in the Tender documents. There will be no limit on the number of Approved Providers on the Approved Provider List. Each Approved Provider must satisfy the quality criteria outlined in paragraph 25 of the Invitation to Tenderers document. This opportunity will be re-opened on an annual basis for the initial term of the contract up to and including October 2020.

Quality will equate to 100 % of the total evaluation scoring criteria. Price(s) per Lot are set at fixed hourly rates and therefore will not be scored.

Admission onto the Supported Living Approved Provider List and contract award shall be on the basis of Tenderers achieving a minimum quality score of 50 % as stated in the ITT.
